Developing Success
Strategic Development Schedule

PHASE ONE
We plan to develop our first 20 acres of hemp during the 2021 season, subject to securing finance. Should we reach our objective, we will engage cultivation of clones to bring about a faster pathway to income.

It is our intent to put into service 2 modular greenhouses each measuring 9,000 sq. ft. The greenhouses will serve as "seedling / veg" facilities.

PHASE TWO
Our plan and development scope includes the construction of a 20,000 sq. ft. greenhouse. This facility will be a state of the art facility that meets GMP standards as a pharma building concept.

The design scope is mixed lighting and will be designed to meet state and county guidelines.

Within the business plan we envision a growth expansion plan that will increase the footprint by 100 acres year on year until we achieve the 420 acres target by year 5.

A Connected Farm
The entire business operation of Kaneh Bosem will be interconnected utilizing data analytics for smart agriculture. Within the application modality the system design will incorporate:

Energy monitoring to optimize usage.
